Whether international or domestic, we offer our customers insurance depending on the type of shipment, so they can be sure that their goods are safe for the duration of the transport. By outsourcing the freight transport and logistics processes, our customers can guarantee that their cargo will always be in the hands of experienced professionals. The level of insurance can be negotiated upwards according to the value of the cargo, allowing our customers to choose from higher levels of insurance at their request.
Domestic and international transport - CMR and BAFF
International road transport is governed by the so-called CMR Convention, ratified by the UN. The Convention stipulates that the carrier is liable for loss of goods, damage to goods and excessive delays in delivery. Compensation for any damage is guaranteed by the CMR liability insurance for international transport and by the BÁF, i.e. the domestic carrier's liability insurance for domestic goods.
